Project Manager Invoicing (Luxembourg)
Our client, a fast growing and leading international technology company with its HQ based in Luxembourg, is looking for an Invoicing Project Manager.
Reporting to the Program Manager, your principle objective is to drive the specification of the global company’s invoicing solution.
You are, among other things, expected to:
Collect and evaluate business needs;
Be responsible for the cooperation between the IT and other departments;
Fulfil the company’s business requirements and transform them into user requirements;
Analyse and predict business complexity for process simplification.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to process simplification and optimisation;
Reduce the GAP between the different understanding of needs;
Challenge the different business requirements, together with key users and managerial levels;
Ensure level 1, 2 and 3 support during the different stages of the life cycle;
Audit, review and document the use of the new systems to ensure its best practice;
Validate and qualify new functions.
Requirements for this position:
Approximately 10 years of experience including at least 5 years as IT Business Analyst, preferably in the consulting sector or in a mid-size company;
Proven background in Finance and advanced expertise in Finance ERP;
An MBA or equivalent qualification is required;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Fluent in English and a good understanding of the German language (both written and oral), French would be considered an asset.
