Resident or not resident (Luxembourg)

Hello,

I am wondering what are the real/concrete benefits/advantages of being registered as Lux resident or not?

I'm a French national, working and already living in Lux, yet I haven't had time to register myself at the commune... So I am still officially a French resident. Obviously, I pay my income taxe here through my wages/payslip and I also benefit from the Lux social security,

So why should I bother registering myself here?
