URGENT ADVICE: LIVING IN BONNEVOIE... GOOD AREA?? (Luxembourg)

hello all.

as a future newcomer to Luxembourg, preparing to move there, we are looking at a property in Bonnevoie.

Is this a good area to live? I hear that there can be some problems, like airplane noise, and perhaps the area around the station is undesirable... but I also hear that it is changing and becoming less "popular", but not living in Luxembourg yet I do not know first hand.

does anyone live in this area or know about it, and can give some immediate feedback about their experience there?we are about to make the decision, so if anyone is able to answer today it would be really appreciated!!
