Hi I have a UK registered Car and am here on a residential permit the car is registered in my Name in the UK can my wife Drive my car here in Ukraine who is Ukranian. And what are the new rules on registering the car if any for people like me who are on residential permits? Any Advice or Information will be highly Appreciated.
