I want to form a business (Lviv)

Maybe this sounds stupid.

I live near Lviv, and I am here on a tourist visa (I go to Shegni ever 3 months, I doubt I'm the only one).

I WANT to pay taxes!

I like Ukraine, and I think it is the responsible thing for a person wishing to live here to do!

I work as an entrepreneur anyway (I'm an Internet programmer I have clients from Manhattan to Dubai to well anywhere that can pay me really)

How the heck do I get an INN so I can do that?
