Topic of the meeting: Ad-hoc Meeting on novelties in Migration Law

In the first part of our meeting we will discuss a new procedure for preparation, producing and issuance of temporary residence permits, new blanks of temporary residence permits and permits on employment of foreign citizens and consider some practical aspects of implementation of migration legislation.

Due to the fact that since 15th of May Protected content functions of preparation and issuance of a permanent and temporary residence permit will be provided by the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the second part of our meeting will be devoted to relevant issues concerning the structure of Service, its units and the issues that are under the supervision of units of the Service, issues on the activities of the State Migration Service and other important topics concerning practical aspects of implementation of migration legislation to be reported by the Andriy Havrysh, Head of the Department of the temporary stay of foreigners in Ukraine, Main Department of State migration service in Lviv region.
