au pair from September (Lyon)

Hi everyone,
We are a family living in Vieux Lyon with two little boys (aged 2 and 4) and looking for an au pair from this September. We are really looking for someone who has english as a first language. Any suggestions or tips on how to find an au pair would be much appreciated, (or certainly messages from au pairs themselves)
