Considering expat job in Lyon- Special Needs chil

Hi- I'm new here, but my husband is considering an assignment to Lyon- we have 3young kids, one is a 3 year old special needs child. We are in the process of hiring
and educational consultant to investigate available services for special needs children
but thought I might post here and see if anyone has any experience with this or any
suggestions of things I could research on my own - thanks in advance
