Journalists and dog-lovers in Lyon?

I'm an Irish girl who just moved to Lyon and work from home as a freelance journalist. Am interested in meeting like-minded people who work from home and are also itching to get out of the house to take a break from work for lunch, coffee, dog walking (I have a dog who would also like to meet other local dogs!).
