Search for a cleaning lady and Dog Sitter (Lyon)

Bonjour :)
I just move to Lyon and settling in slowly...
I am looking for a cleaning lady, to help me for a couple of hours every week in cleaning, ironing etc. Does anybody have a cleaning lady to recommend?

I also have a 6 year old German Sheppard. I sometimes work late as well as need to travel a couple of times a month, that's why I need a dog walker/dog sitter. And recommendations?
