Start small and grow big. (Maastricht)

Hello Everyone?
I am a Kenyan lady aged 27yrs old. I have a Diploma in Co-operative Management and Early childhood development. Currently i am working at a local Micro-finance institution as a business adviser.
I am here writing this post because i have been trying to relocate to Netherlands or Sweden without results. My motive is to work, get education and experience. However, i understand that African certificates are less valued in job applicants and so i want to start with small jobs like child care, driving, waitress, housekeeping and any other job available and then later i could grow big.
