Antananaviro...Housing / Cost of Living (Madagascar)

Hi All,

I will moving to Madagascar in 2 weeks time.

I would be grateful if someone can advise me on the following:

a) Housing / Rent in Antananaviro (for a single apartment)
b) Internet costs
c) I am offered a salary of USD.4, Protected content inclusive) Is this a good salary,
My family will join me only after 6 months
