disabilities in madagascar? (Madagascar)

hello!
i'm moving to madagascar in a few months and am looking to work with disabilities in some capacity. I am looking for contacts/organizations throughout the country that I could connect with and potentially work with. Can anyone offer me any advice or is anyone familiar with the situation of people with disabilities?
