A chiropractic experience - (Madrid)

After a great Internations Bowling activity on Sunday, sometimes you need a chiropractor:)

It was a happy coincidence that Madrid Business Networking club had a presentation from Dr. Benjamin Payne a week earlier.

Thanks to that presentation, I tried Dr. Payne's offer, because I could not stand the pain anymore after Sunday. Very attentive, very open, very talented doctor.

If you feel weird about your spine or you have burning pains in your back - definitely check your spine before big holidays, since you will be putting all that great food in your body, putting the strain on your back!
