Amateur music bands (Madrid)

Hello,
I have a quick question. Back in Istanbul, my friends and I used to have a music band which we play for our fun only. I would like to have the same experience in Madrid.
Does anybody know how I can get in touch with amateur musicians(who preferably speak English), looking for a member or chatting?
