Can US-licensed physiotherapist practice in Spain? (Madrid)

Hi everyone,

I need your help answering this question. Anyone with a Psych background please chime in! Can a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California practice psychotherapy in Madrid? Is this legal, is this allowed and should this MFT register with a board in Spain, such as the board of Psychology, or the board of counseling, or some other government or professional associations. Any feedback, links or clarification would be really appreciated. Or if you know of anyone who would know, link them up with me. Thanks in advance.
