Cooking Workshop: Spanish Rice Dish + Wine (Madrid)

Hello friends,

After the great success of the last workshop in February we will repeat the event this SATURDAY March 16, Protected content . The event starts at 12AM and is of at least 3 hours of duration.

Come and live an unhurried dining experience! ..... During class you will taste everything that Chef Juan Carlos Agudo prepares for you.

Learn haute cuisine techniques to give your dishes a more creative and spectacular touch. Taught by Chef Juan Carlos Agudo, head chef of Gran Hotel Velazquez in Madrid.

During the workshop you will learn how to make the following dishes:

-ARROZ NEGRO DE SEPIA Y GAMBAS CON ALI OLI DE MANZANA

-PAELLA VALENCIANA TRADICIONAL (CONEJO , POLLO Y VERDURAS)

-FIDEUA

After each dish is prepared you will taste it combined with a selection of fine wines.
