English speaking gestor in madrid (Madrid)

Hi,

Because i need i lot of things fixed i am looking for an english speaking gestor in madrid who can get my:

NIE ( Not only the paper but the card )
My drivers license
And who can do my administration since i am autonomo here.

My spanish accountant now is terrible and really need an english speaking.

Does anybody here know a good one who basicly can do all my legal stuuf and fix my the papers needed.
