Job Description:

The operations portion of the role is to manage and execute the logistics processes of conferences throughout Europe including:
- Working with venues (hotels and restaurants) for conferences to manage event and enforce contracts
- Responsible for general administration, logistics, print materials and web page based marketing materials
- Ensuring quality control checks are in place and executed as per company policy
- Providing excellent, consistent customer service towards relevant outside parties
- Managing relationships with our speakers and producing supplemental materials for event

The marketing campaign portion of the role may include:
- Designing supplemental marketing campaigns to our traditional conference sales
- Obtaining potential media partners to promote our events
- Developing and maintaining our web/social media presence in general and for specific event (through Linked In, Facebook, etc…)
- Exploring other media and advertising that may expand client base
- Managing database marketing campaigns to our known clients

Other duties may include (in cooperation with teammates):
- Assisting General manager with office duties and related administration
- Creation of internal invoices and processing of external invoices for events

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Computer literate including knowledge of
Required: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Not required but a bonus: Adobe InDesign and Acrobat or familiarity with related software
- Internet savvy: experience with social media/web marketing at a professional level preferred
- Native or Proof Reading Level of English Fluency - oral & written communication skills are a prerequisite. Ability to proof English language documents a must
- Intermediate level of Spanish both spoken and written
- Perform activities within budgets/targets/planning
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Pro-active with strong problem solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and be a flexible & supportive team member
- Service & multi task oriented
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability and availability to travel 3 days at a time minimum Protected content per year

Salary Range: EUR 22, Protected content gross (bruto) / year
