Full-time Commercial Assistant (Madrid)
I’m looking to hire an experienced Commercial Assistant full-time to be based in Madrid on a freelance contract.
The candidate should be successful if they have the following:
• Commercial experience, supporting sales managers in both back-office activities and client-facing activities (such as invoicing or booking meetings)
• Strong English skills
• Strong Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, PPT skills
Example of one commercial duty supporting proposals:
• Formatting documents (copy paste of raw data PRICING into a word doc, layout, making sure everything is clean and uniform),
• Adapting the proposal, writing new material taken from RFP and including into the new proposal (adapting old proposal template to new proposal and client needs, situation)
• Finalize the pricing, layouts
• Research on prospect
Salary will be aligned with commercial assistant pay in Madrid and performance based, meaning that for winning proposals there will be a premium pay offered based on quality of work.
The work is very flexible, home-based, with a minimal of face meetings once a week in Hortaleza zone, Madrid.
