Hiring Multitasking Administrative Assistant (Madrid)

Our company provides recruitment, logistics and production services to the publishing industry. If you like taking responsibilities, exercising your language, interacting with others have good interpersonal and multitasking skills this is a job for you. As our Administrative assistant you will embrace numerous functions in a small but very diverse and friendly team. You will soon take charge of our recruitment service coordination, support sales teams around the world with logistics and reporting backup, and take an active role in the promotion and distribution of our clients editorial reports. While the position is based in Madrid you will be working in a very international environment and interact with suppliers, clients and young graduates from all over the World.
Perfect command of English and of the Microsoft Office suite, great sense of organization and good human and interpersonal skills are a must, while previous experience working with a CRM would be a plus.

Administrative and Logistic support
Purchasing tickets and booking hotels, keeping a record of complex and ever moving travel schedule. Supervising that reporting in CRM is done correctly.

HHRR and Recruitment Support
Organizing regular recruitment sessions, posting job offerings and liaising with schools and universities to attract young professionals, keeping up-to-date a database of our recruitment services.

Production and Promotion Support
Liaising with local and international clients and suppliers, supervising the process of production and expedition of physical reports.

Gross Annual Salary EUR 18.000
Full Time Position based in Madrid (Metro Goya)
Full time: 9am to 18h
