House selling in Canada/tax in Spain (Madrid)

Hello:
I sold my house in Canada last year and I file my taxes over there. I have been living in Spain for two years and I'm doing my taxe declaration in Spain. Now Spain is taxing me for this transaction too. Does any one have any experience on this? or any contact to help me out?
