Inexpensive English Speaking Schools in Madrid

Hi there! We are currently seeking a long term inexpensive college or study program for our son so he can stay with us here in Madrid. He is 20, native english speaker. We are open to all types of study, but must be something he can enroll in somewhat quickly. Again, expense is a big factor here, and we are also open to him learning Spanish (actually preferred)
