madrid life? (Madrid)

I am thinking about a move to Madrid in Protected content I wanted to get a feel of the city and life there. I am from Scotland and have lived abroad since Protected content .

Is it easy meeting new people, making good friends, finding property to rent etc. How is the work situ there? Does Internations have a good social scene?

I live in Buenos Aires just now and am returning to Europe after 5 years. I am keen to meet Argentines in particular.
