For the location Madrid or Cologne we are seeking for a Manager - Quality Automotive.

The position will be responsible for the execution of the Quality Strategy and for the collaboration with the leadership of the Automotive division to define the priorities. Supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams, responsible for resolving tactical quality issues and delivering sustainable solutions in collaboration with Plant Operations Central Planning and Logistics. The Quality Manager is responsible to actively identify areas of product and process improvement with the aim of upgrading general operations and increasing customer and employee satisfaction.
Main responsibilities include: • Continuous focus on Customer Excellence through rapid resolution of complaints and delivery of sustainable solutions. • Control Quality at Service and Manufactures following established procedures. • Identify and implement Process Improvement in the inspection, repair, handling and storage activities of the Service Centers focused on delivering a consistent product quality. • Identify areas of continuous product improvement; support testing, development and deployment of innovative solutions.
