Moving to Spain (Madrid)

HI -
My family and I are moving to Madrid from the US in August. We are looking to bring our gas grill/smoker, which uses the US standard propane tank connections. Will I be able to use this in Spain? Can I get gas (propane?) tanks in Madrid, and will I be able to connect them to my grill/smoker?
Would appreciate any insight on this!
