New Freelancer lisence (Madrid)

I am coming on December, and would like to know what i need in order to become a freelancer in Madrid, Spain.

I have been told that, with the 41 years of age i got, i need 60 euros per month for the first 6 months, and Protected content next 6 months.

And as it goes to papers, 2 photos of passport, 1 photo copy of my passport.
So far so good. Where am i supposed to go into, and give my papers, and which are the categories i am supposed to get into as a Programmer Analyst ?

In Athens, Greece for instance, as a computer programmer analyst, i can cover a wide of services such as -
Programming, software and internet
Analyst as Consulting and also teaching, Social media, Software usage etc
Post production, as multimedia services, which is a wide range also

So, is it the same like in Greece, can i have such services as a computer programmer - analyst or not/?
And what about IVA, am i supposed to pay only per 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year ?
