New in madrid (Madrid)

I'm an American I just moved to Madrid last week I am from Boston and my wife is from here,but I need to find my own things to do and people to meet.Any help would be great so far it has been amazing,but it is a little difficult I'm a big Rock n roll guy and huge sports fan are there any bars to catch American sports?I know the time zone difference but even day old games are fine.Are there any places were English-speaking people meet or hang out?I will embrace the culture here and the people,my wife's people have all been amazing too me but I need to also give her some space and not always rely on her for my social needs and basically not have my head up her backside 24 hours a day she is the only person I know here other then her friends and family any help would be great thanks
