Apartment downtonw, it is in the Malasaña area (Novicidado - Bilbao),it is around 40 m2 ,it has all separated: bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, sleepingroom....Not furnished except the kitchen (big fridge,washingmanchine,dishwasher and oven)and it is just remodelated. There are two big closets in the house.It better to have a look at it.
