Formed in Madrid in early Protected content , where they are currently based, Sweet Paste have already come a long way in a short time.
They have recently recorded their debut album "sweet paste" at Grisy Rock Studios in Paris.
The sweet paste live experience is varied as they have played to a wide range of audiences from theatrical productions, art exhibitions with more intimate audiences to international festivals like Mula Fest.

Several times already sweet paste have performed some of their songs live on Spanish radio as well as being played on radio programs for new artists.

Their melodic sound is the result of their various backgrounds, influences and eclectic styles: Dave hails from a solo-journey as a folk-singer/songwriter in Berlin, while Quentin spent 4 years crunching away for the British rock bands “Capture the Flag” and “Corinthians”. They were soon joined by drummer Adrien, who played with a couple of bands in the French and Spanish rock
circuit and Rafa, former bass player of the Madrid based band
“Cabeza Perpetua”.

When asked to cite their style, Sweet Paste described their musical core as groovy, folk-blues, but also influenced by bands such as The Zombies, Pentangle, Eels & Belle and Sebastian, to name but a few.
