Cataract Surgery - Spain or UK? (Málaga)

Hi
I am new on the site although have lived in Malaga for many years.

Does anyone have any thoughts on cataract surgery as in whether it is better to go ahead at a clinic in Spain or would you recommend a return to England? My health care cover in Spain has confirmed I need the op but unfortunately my cover will have lapsed by the time I return to Spain after a volunteering stint in Tanzania.

Any comments or experience from others??
