Courier Parcel Service (Málaga)

Hi,
looking to move to Malaga area this year,

Have a small buisness selling online but will need a reliable package delivery service to send items to UK/Germany/France,
These are small packages 300g- 1kg, Protected content x 25cm x 3cm) value Euro30-Euro50.
Are there any good value couriers, have checked Spanish postal website and bigger couriers but prices seem crazy ( Euro Protected content

Would appreciate any advise.
