Dual citizen couple to relocate (Málaga)

Hi everybody.
We are a dual (US-Hungarian) citizen couple, retired and currently living in Hungary.
We miss the Mediterranean weather and easy lifestyle and plan to relocate to or near Malaga.
Can somebody advise us how to best go about it?
Would it be better to arrange the relocation as US or Hungarian citizens (specifically concerning healthcare, or other important aspects)?
