Moving to Malaga - cost of living? (Málaga)

Hi all!

I'm French, but I've been living in England for 5 years now and am thinking about moving to Malaga. However, I would be grateful if you could give me some info about the cost of living in Malaga? I would be looking for a 2 bedroom flat to rent. How much are rents, Council tax, utilities, health services/insurance, etc...?
