Hiking and recreational activities around Malmo (Malmoe)

Hi I'll be moving this weekend to Lund and Sweden, and would like to go to some hiking tours.
Can someone suggest some pages if there are some where they are published. I suppose there are some on Facebook but I guess they are on Swedish language and that is why I can't find them. If you know such pages please share the links.
Also if you have any suggestion for going on one-day hiking in the vicinity around Malmo.
