Business Development Executive 1008004 (Malta)
This position calls for a dynamic field sales representative possessing strong communication and selling skills, able to develop, good working relationships with both customers and colleagues. Candidates applying for this position need to be organized and have the ability to consistently achieve targets and enjoy both winning and retaining business. Candidates must have the knowledge of the assigned territory's outlets universe with special focus to the Out-of-Home market and must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and word is a must for this role.
The selected candidate will form part of a hardworking and dedicated team, who will establish, develop and maintain business relationships for the assigned categories with current and prospective customers. Candidates will be: planning organizing, and executing sales programs while participating to and activating marketing initiatives whilst achieving and striving to exceed agreed targets; liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and execution of agreed POS activities; ensuring adherence to all Company principles and policies and local regulations during the performance of duties; understanding the channel and customer strategy, operational structures and personnel in order to maximize the category/ies’ growth potential; analyzing trends within the assigned territory to manage trade expenditure, identify business opportunities and optimize investments for an efficient return on such; providing periodical reports on Client sales performance, Market information, investments budgets and co-ordinate with third parties (distributor) to ensure the traceability of investments.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Representative is an essential requirement.
