Skills: This position calls for a proactive, ethical and meticulous individual who is highly organised. Applicants should be able to work effectively and cooperatively within a team. The ideal candidate will be client focused, results orientated and must also be capable of dealing with problems effectively. Good knowledge of MS Office and the emailing system coupled with fluency in the English language is a must. Candidates having a first aid certificate will be given preference.
Experience: The selected candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience within a customer care/service industry. Applicants must be experienced in working according to set procedures whilst prior receptionist experience is preferred but not essential.
Duties: The Customer Care Representative will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be part of the Operations and Centre Team Department. Duties will include but are not limited to: providing exceptional and professional service to existing and potential clients; ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of the office; assisting the sales and marketing departments; providing professional support to clients including secretarial services; contributing at team meetings; encouraging client retention by ensuring that the customer’s needs are satisfied; identifying and reporting hazards and compliance incidents whilst also meeting and anticipating clients’ needs.
