Hi All friends of Internations I would like to inform you that the AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier) has placed its new delegation on the Island of Malta. The delegation presented itself on an event the past 26th of September held at Valletta Band Club; in the meantime the delegation and the delegates want to start the three levels course that will award the participants (after all the three levels) with the title of “Professional Sommelier”.

The FIRST COURSE level will be held starting from JANUARY Protected content the premises of the Dante Alighieri Institute Protected content Bakery Street, Valletta); the classes will be held on alternate Saturdays from 9.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. till 7.00 p.m.

During the FIRST LEVEL course participants will have a deep introduction to the figure and roles of a professional sommelier, oenology, wine production and much more.

All the lessons will have tasting of wines to apply the theoretical concepts learnt during the lessons.
