Office located in a new building complex with a dynamic startup atmosphere

2. Assignment of tasks:

- Handle business correspondence with costumer from all around the world.
- In charge of managing e-mails, bookings, helping with marketing.
- Schedule daily check in and check out of our apartments located in Paris and London.
- Responding to online discussions: comments on blogs, discussion forums, social networks, video platforms, etc ...
- Writing, creating and setting marketing campaigns
- Handling telephone calls and client inquiries
- Ensuring the e-reputation of our company. Support on social networks, the blogosphere, forums and informational sites.
- Follow the technological developments with our technical service

3. Requirements:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills,
- Willingness to accept responsibility,
- Languages: Fluent English a must, other language skills welcomed
- Flexibility,
- Independent, accurate thinking,
- High capacity to learn at a rapid pace,
- Good knowledge of web communication,
- Well-versed with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word
