Housekeeping rules? (Malta)

First of all, my apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place - I am new here.

I want to ask, what one can post here, and what one cannot post here.

I work at the Malta Chamber and we often have events like information sessions, conferences etc. They are typically non-profit but there is often a fee for participants not members of the Malta Chamber.

Can I make posts about that sort of thing?

If so: where would be the appropiate place to do so?
