Our client is an established English Language School in Malta offering contemporary teaching methods, personal attention and commitment towards their students.
The Human Resources Manager will be reporting to the General Manager. Duties include but are not limited to: implementing company policies and procedures; keeping abreast of all HR related legislation including overseeing HR strategy; overseeing, managing and conducting internal training programmes and the overall Human Resources function including recruitment, selection, training and development.
This position calls for a smart, responsible individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and excellent leadership and communication skills. The right candidate must be able to work in a team and able to handle sensitive data in a tactful and confidential manner. Applicants must be highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and highly experienced in all areas of HR and talent development. Fluency in English and Maltese (both written and verbal), and preferably one other major foreign language is needed.

A minimum of 2 years comprehensive experience within an HR Management role is a must, and experience working within the Tourism, and/or English Language Industry would be considered an asset.
