New to Malta

Hi everybody,

We are moving to Malta in February Protected content we have a 2.5 years old son. Could you please advise what are the good regions to live in with playgrounds etc. My place of employment will be in the Valletta harbor area (close to the office of Transport Malta) and I would prefer to live close to my office.

Is Hamrun a good choice? I need a bit more info about the kindergartens as well. Are there long waiting lists? Is it easy to enroll a child?

My husband will have to look for a job. Currently, he is working as a maintenance supervisor in a hotel. Is it difficult to find a job in this area?
