Travel tips Valletta (Malta)

Dear Malta Members,

I am traveling to Valletta on a business trip next week and have to spend the weekend in Valletta. Does anyone have any sightseeing tips, "must do", eating, etc. I'm interested in history, architecture, art, culture and photography. I've never been to Malta before.
