Our Client is a newly established trustee company focusing on the financial services sector.
Function The Trust Administrator will be reporting to the Board of Directors. Duties will include but are not limited to: administering of trust formations; compiling trust deeds and letters of wishes; handling the ongoing maintenance of trusts; opening of bank accounts in relation to same and reconciliations thereto; liaising with third parties as the need may arise; client on-boarding following internal KYC and AML procedures; ongoing updating of the client database whilst also ensuring compliance requirements are maintained at all times.
Requirements This position calls for a smart, organised individual with excellent organisational skills who is able to work on his/her own initiative. The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to act professionally in a sensitive environment. The Trust Administrator must be committed to consistently delivering high quality services within tight deadlines to meet clients’ requirements. Applicants must have an excellent command of the English language whilst proficiency in written and spoken Italian would be considered an asset.
