Girlfriend moving to nicaragua (Managua)

I studied 5 years in the states, fell in love with a girl from Tallahassee, graduated and had to move back here to Nicaragua. Were still dating long distance and around mid August were planning on moving in together in an apartment in Managua. She doesnt know spanish but shes learning, i know the transition is going to be hard for her, although shes very excited, she has never left the states so i dont know how long is going to take for her to adjust. I want to make her feel more at home. I found a telecommunication company but i wanted more options. Any ideas where an american can work without knowing spanish? what is a good health insurance for her? is there something i am overlooking? i am already trying to take care of the residency for her, i think she has to renew every year right?
