Move to Nicaragua (Managua)

I've been living in Costa Rica for 11 years, time to move on. I am a pensinado. I've been to Nicaragua many times & really like Rivas. Does anyone know of rentals there. Right now I pay $300 in CR but would like some4thingnless. I have my own furniture, car which I believe I'm allowed to bring into the country. Don't want managua as I like the smaller towns, I open to someone close to Rivas, except Granada.Thank you if you can give me any info
