AL Khobar (Manama)

Dear All,

my husband will have an assignment for about 2 years in Al Khobar.
I am afraid to move to SA, so I was wondering if it is reasonable to live in Manama and he would travel to Al khobar each day for work.
Do you think that this is feasible? I don't think that the distance would be a problem, but the custom to pass, or if there is a queue at the border... Can anyone advise?
