I'm searching for an Area Sales Manager for a multinational FMCG enterprise in Bahrain
The RSM will be responsible for Bahrain area, he will have a filed sales force team of channel manager, accounts supervisors, sales reps and merchandising team
Deliver annual sales and financial objectives across all business parameters
Work on his KPIs and create KPIs for his team and track implementation and deliverables
Leading the annual contract negotiation across channels
Develop accounts growth plans.
Setup new routs and enhance team J-Plans.
Ensure NPIs are properly managed and will distributed across targeted channels
Work hand in hand with HR to fill the gaps in headcount with the right caliber
Coordinate with all supporting function (SC, Finance, HR ) to ensure smooth process and healthy working environment
Solid experience in FMCG business with reputable companies as Area Sales Manager at least 3 years in Bahrain.
Paper products background is a plus
Bilingual languages skills: Arabic and English
