Best restaurants in Adliya (Manama)

Hi guys,
Fairly new to Bahrain, and I have been hearing a lot of rave that Adliya is a goldmine when it comes to amazing restaurants. But not having a car to explore as well as dining alone isn't as enjoyable. Any recommendations on which of these great restaurants are as well as where i can get the food to go?
