Husband`s visa (Manama)

Hello to everyone,

I have such issue to share: I am a female who works for a school in Bahrain. i have been said by HR department of my school that it is allowed just for the wives to join their husbands, but it is not allowed to the husbands to join their wives . I will appreciate very much if someone could point we some resource of information that I can obtain regarding my problem. Thanks
